ART MERIT SCHOLARSHIP

Attention College Art Students!

Would you like to have your artwork showcased at a major regional art fair, seen by over 6,000 attendees? Can you create a simple PowerPoint portfolio of your best work?

​

The Greater St. Louis Artists (GSLA) organization is awarding multiple scholarships to college students in the St. Louis area majoring in Art. These one-time scholarships offer up to $2,500 each. This year, four scholarships will be awarded, including the prestigious Vic Barr Memorial Scholarship, honoring a longtime GSLA Board member and driving force behind the organization.

Submission Guidelines:
  1. Create a simple PowerPoint presentation showcasing your best work.

  2. Email your application and portfolio to gslascholarships25@gmail.com by March 16, 2025.

 

Important Dates:
  • Application deadline: March 16, 2025

  • Winners notified: March 24, 2025

  • Queeny Art Fair: April 4-6, 2025

 

Art Merit Scholarship Highlights:
  • Winners featured in a designated Scholarship Booth at the Queeny Art Fair.

  • Public announcement of scholarship winners on Saturday, April 5, at 10:30 am.
