I love beads! Colors, textures, sheen inspire me... I look at tubes of beads and “see” what they could be. Bead embroidery has allowed me the freedom and expression to use tiny seed beads as “paint” as I fill in shapes designed by me. Each of my creations takes weeks, if not months…but I love the process. As soon as I finish a piece, I can’t wait to begin the next one. My journey as an artist has been years in the making, and I sometimes questioned myself along the way. But now that I have arrived to this point, I think I knew where I was going the whole time!
